An App Store of Your Own (38:42 minutes)
Mobile app stores work well for both buyers and sellers. The users are
really quite happy with paying for what they have on the spot, as long
as that process is quick, seamless and convenient. Vendors, service
providers and communication service providers should therefore explore
how such stores can be created quickly and efficiently to strike, as it
were, while the app store iron is hot.

Today's Story Highlights

The Reading Revolution
Books, writing and text aren't going away, but with the proliferation of
digital devices, tablets and smartphones, along with the apps that serve
them, the written word is evolving in new and intriguing ways. In fact,
the evolution of digital books is, in some ways, making reading cool
again. "With Kindle, readers read more," maintained Stephanie Mantello,
the senior PR manager for Amazon's Kindle.

iCloud's 5 Stickiest Bits
The most important thing to know about Apple's new iCloud service is
that it will make being an Apple device owner simpler -- and perhaps
more delightful -- than ever before. Of course, its basic premise is
this: iCloud will store and sync your music, photos, apps, calendars and
documents. For owners of iPhones, iPads and iPod touches, iCloud will be
undeniable benefit.

Do Cellphones Cause Brain Cancer or Don't They?
Last week, I was on CNBC's "The Kudlow Report" discussing the new World
Health Organization findings that cellphones may cause brain cancer.
Brian Sullivan, the host, asked all sorts of questions about the WHO
study and whether this is a major problem for users, companies,
investors and the industry. So, do wireless phones cause brain cancer or
not?

The Wii U Begins not With a Bang but a 'What?'
Nintendo unveiled its upcoming Wii U gaming console and controller on
Tuesday at E3, and reactions have been mixed. Nintendo's stock fell 5
percent following the event -- to a level it has not seen since before
the launch of the original Wii. Part of the reason for the stock price
dip was likely the bafflement consumers experienced with the new
controller.

A Worrisome Truth: Internet Privacy Is Impossible
Since few people bother to read Privacy Policies, Terms of Service or
Click Wrap Agreements, is it any wonder that social media sites, search
engines, and providers of cell services ask for and receive carte
blanche rights to our whereabouts, along with other personal
information?
